Picker & Packer / Loader Company Name: [ Swiggy Instamart] Location: [Bangalore] Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Shifts: Day / 2nd Shift / Night / Rotational Shifts Available Salary: ₹16,500/month + Incentives + Benefits Picker & Packer / Loader – Job Description Key Responsibilities: Pick items as per order sheet with accuracy Pack items securely for delivery or dispatch Label and organize packed orders properly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing zone Assist in loading/unloading as needed Report stock damages or item shortages Requirements: No formal education required (10th Pass preferred) Physically fit – able to stand, lift, and move packages Any Experience in warehouse/store/logistics is preferred Age: 18–35 preferred Must be punctual and reliable Benefits for Both Roles: Fixed monthly salary + incentives Attendance & performance bonus On-the-job training Salary credited between 5th–7th of each month Documents Required: Aadhar, PAN, Bank Passbook, Resume, Education Certificate, 1 Passport Photo ESIC, PF & other statutory benefits as applicable To Apply: Contact Person: [e.g., Arvind – 8095837812] Call/WhatsApp: [Your Number] Join us and grow with a fast-paced, reliable team
