Job Description: OPT Recruiter US Staffing Job Title: OPT Recruiter Location: PSR Prime Tower, Block A, 201, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OPT Recruiter to join our US staffing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting and placing H1B,F-1 OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates in various IT and non-IT roles across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers to ensure successful placements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage potential OPT/CPT candidates through job boards, social media, university career centers, and networking. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with international students and recent graduates seeking job opportunities in the US. Placement & Marketing: Work with candidates to enhance their resumes, conduct mock interviews, and submit profiles to clients and vendors. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners for job placements. Negotiation & Coordination: Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and client contracts while ensuring compliance with immigration policies. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates meet legal requirements, including proper work authorization documentation. Database Management: Maintain an updated database of OPT candidates and track recruitment activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruiting or US IT staffing. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and university job boards. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Networking Ability: Strong relationship-building skills with universities, student organizations, and professional networks.
