Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Must have experience in hiring Bench sales, OPT recruiters and US IT Recruiters depends on requirement Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate interview schedules, ensure timely communication with candidates, and maintain records of candidate interactions. Assist in selecting the best candidate by providing insights from multiple sources. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (US IT staffing preferred). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.). MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations.
