This role involves end-to-end recruitment of OPT/CPT candidates while also leading a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in OPT hiring, and the ability to develop effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of OPT/CPT candidates Talent Sourcing – Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent Client Engagement – Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates Team Leadership – Guide and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve placement targets Relationship Management – Build & maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Compliance – Ensure all recruitment activities align with US employment laws & work authorization policies ATS Management – Maintain an organized applicant tracking system with accurate data Market Research – Stay updated on US staffing trends to refine recruitment strategies Ideal Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of US work authorization policies (OPT/CPT hiring) Proven track record of successfully placing OPT/CPT candidates Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Why Join Us?
