Hi All, We are US headquartered MNC with Indian Head quarters at Noida, and presence in 22 states PAN India. We are hiring for Technical writer for UK Shift. Key Responsibilities Documentation Development Create, maintain, and update content such as process manuals, service catalogs, onboarding guides, client-facing documentation, and internal tool documentation. Develop SEO-optimized content for knowledge bases, product descriptions, and solution overviews. Platform & Process Communication Document internal platforms and tools used across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and client reporting. Translate technical information from IT and operations into digestible, searchable content. SEO-Integrated Writing Apply keyword research and SEO strategies to documentation and marketing materials. Optimize metadata, headings, and formatting to align with SEO standards without compromising clarity or readability. Support the Marcom team in creating content that drives traffic and engagement. Standardization & Quality Control Maintain document templates, formatting standards, and a style guide. Regularly audit existing content to improve SEO performance, accuracy, and consistency. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work cross-functionally with recruiters, IT, compliance, and leadership to gather inputs and validate content. Stay updated on evolving business processes and industry terms for ongoing documentation. Content Management & Tools Maintain a centralized content repository using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Google Workspace. Track content versions and updates for SEO improvements and process changes. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in technical or professional writing, preferably in a staffing, HR tech, or B2B services environment. Skills & Tools: Demonstrated experience in driving SEO-focused content strategies. Excellent written English with attention to clarity, structure, and searchability. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword integration, and on-page optimization. Familiarity with Google Search Console, basic keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Ahrefs). Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and documentation platforms like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Notion. Experience with ATS/CRM platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Salesforce is a plus. Attributes: Analytical thinker with attention to both user experience and search engine visibility. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple deadlines. Proactive in learning complex systems and industry-specific terminology.
