Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Floor Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and floor-level equipment in industrial, commercial Buildings, This role ensures operational safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime of facility equipment. Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, wiring, outlets, and floor-level power systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in floor machines (e.g., scrubbers, polishers, sweepers), conveyors, and related equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Replace faulty components such as switches, wiring, lighting systems, and circuit breakers. Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance teams as necessary. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Maintain accurate records of work performed, tools used, and parts replaced.
