Role & responsibilities : Role: Inside Sales Executive Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Market research and Database buildings to Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to pitch products or services. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through lead-generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions or services to meet those needs. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and quotas. Develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring proper documentation and order processing. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
