Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhilwara. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role entails implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling performance reviews, and ensuring a positive work environment. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws Skills in training and development, performance management, and benefits administration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Bhilwara and collaborate with various departments Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
