Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager / HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management systems (PMS), training and development (T&D), and ensuring adherence to labour laws. You will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment that aligns with our company values and culture. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Oversee payroll processing and HR operations Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (PMS) Identify and coordinate training and development needs across departments Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute Experience: Manager: 10 years of experience in core HR functions Essential Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle Knowledge of payroll systems and processes Employee engagement planning and execution Statutory compliance and labour law knowledge Familiarity with PMS frameworks T&D planning and implementation Preferred Tools: Hands-on experience with HR software such as Zoho People , GreytHR , or equivalent platforms is an added advantage Desired Traits: High level of integrity and professionalism People-centric and empathetic approach Ability to perform well under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Alignment with company culture and values Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
