Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Male HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities across our 11 branches in Maharashtra. He will ensure smooth HR operations, from recruitment and compliance to employee engagement and grievance handling, while upholding Taqwa Jewellers' values and policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate manpower requirements with branch heads. Handle job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in final selections. Draft offer letters and appointment letters. Ensure complete joining formalities and induction for all new hires. 2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination Monitor biometric attendance systems across all branches. Collate attendance, leave, and overtime data from each location. Work with the accounts department for timely salary processing. Maintain accurate records of employee working hours and leaves. 3. Employee Documentation Maintain up-to-date employee records (soft and hard copies). Ensure proper filing of ID proofs, address verification, and bank details. Regularly update the HR database and documentation logs. 4. Policy Implementation & Compliance Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance across all branches. Coordinate with external agencies for PF, ESIC, and labor compliance. Handle internal HR audits and documentation for legal requirements. 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Organize internal events, celebrations, and recognition activities. Address employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR issues. Facilitate communication between branches and head office. 6. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns. Document and report grievances or violations professionally. Initiate disciplinary actions when required in coordination with management. 7. Training & Development Identify training needs with branch managers. Organize skill development and behavioral training sessions. Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports. 8. Exit Management Handle resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities. Process final settlements in coordination with the accounts team. Analyze attrition trends and report key findings to management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Commerce / Management 2–4 years of experience in HR (Retail or multi-branch setup preferred) Excellent communication and people management skills Knowledge of HR operations, Indian labor laws, and compliance Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence Willingness to travel occasionally to branches Show more Show less
