What You’ll Do Own end-to-end recruitment for Business Development Executives and BD Managers Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and personal networks Screen profiles for global client exposure, pitch confidence, and culture fit Schedule interviews, coordinate with leadership, and follow up consistently Build a pipeline of future sales hires proactively Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly reports You’re a Fit If You… Have 1+ year of experience hiring BDEs/BDMs in IT, SaaS, or digital agencies Understand the DNA of a high-performing sales candidate Can work independently and take ownership of outcomes Are familiar with hiring tools Are based in Pune (or willing to work from our Pune office) Bonus Points If You… Have worked with companies serving international clients Know how to hire for US/UK shift availability Have HR operational knowledge Show more Show less
