Position Details: Designation: HR Intern Location: Mahape (Navi Mumbai) Role & responsibilities: Support in HR operations and coordination Business Partnering - Strategically align structure and people matters in order to facilitate business outcome Data Analytics: Effective generation and utilisation of data / MIS to facilitate people and business decisions Employee Engagement- Suggest, design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives. Ensure such initiatives are as per the Engagement calendar and within the budget. Policy Administration- Implementation of existing/new HR policies, procedures and processes. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Assist HR leadership to ensure effective roll-out of all organization wide HR initiatives. Preferred candidate profile MBA in HR, MSW, MPM or Master degree in HR from reputed institute Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) Good Interpersonal Skills Excellent presentation & communication skills both in writing and verbal.
