Job Type - Full-Time Required Experience - 0-1 Year (Freshers are eligible to apply) Education Qualification - BBA/B.Com or equivalent in a related field Job Responsibilities: Administration - Maintain employee records(digital/physical), ensure compliances and assist in day to day operations. Recruitment Support - Post job ads, schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding. Employee Relations - Address HR related queries and assist in policy implementation Documentation & Coordination - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.) Assistance - Provide assistance to the management and related teams.
