Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to start their career in human resources. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
