Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to manage our companys human resources, recruitment, administration and basic accounting responsibility. Role & responsibilities HR/Recruitment Responsibilities Ensuring detailed job description and full understanding from hiring managers. Processing applicants applying for various positions from the website, job portals, social media and any other channel. Candidate scheduling. Initial screen to ensure fitness for position. Guiding candidates through the interview process and ensuring excellent candidate interview experience. Candidate on-boarding and exit formalities. Overall HR responsibilities like team building activities, grievances redressal. Handling social media presence. Creating and editing multimedia content suitable for each type of social media. Should be comfortable in front of the camera for creating HR related content supporting employer branding activities. Administrative Responsibilities Take care of office day-to-day administrative activities ensuring smooth functioning of the office. Handling office infrastructure and vendor coordination for the same. Ensuring time-in and time-out of employees are recorded. Tracking all office equipment movement. Process documentation. Accounting Responsibilities Enter sales/purchase invoices in Tally. Take care of the Petty cash account. Payroll processing. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills Good command over spoken and written English. Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates over the phone. Build an online employer brand for the company by posting content on social media. Organized and detail oriented. Required Experience Prior experience working as an HR of a small to mid sized software/IT company. Prior experience with recruitment of IT positions is a MUST. Strong recruitment skills. Experience with office administration activities. Experience working Google Sheet/Excel [ability to write formulas] and Google Docs/Word. Working knowledge of Tally 9+. Overall, a total of 2-5 years of minimum relevant work experience.
