Company Profile : Gemba Concepts, established in 2014, is an Operational Excellence Consulting firm working to optimize operations & improve profitability. Some of our key functional area includes new supplier layout planning & designing, Supply chain stream lining, efficiency improvement and so on. Though we are a Bangalore based company, our uniqueness is in the flexibility to station our team at the clients location and executing the project. Today we are a team of 100+ member with a customer base of 300+ companies across different sectors such as Auto, FMCG, Textile & Apparel, Engineering etc. Job Description: Responsibilities are as follows but not restricted to: Partnering with hiring manager to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing phone interviews with candidates Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Completing timely reports on employment activity Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Desired Candidate Profile: Experience of 1-3 year. Functional knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel Good knowledge on recruitment process. Good communication skills. Good follow up skills. Client management skills.
