We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team, focusing primarily on Talent Acquisition . The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring processes efficiently. Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities. Preferred candidate profile 0 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and recruitment tools. MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
