Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals across a range of roles, including Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), Medical Doctors (MD), Radiologic Technologists, Physical Therapists, Medical Assistants, and other specialized healthcare positions. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment for healthcare roles such as RN, RN ICU, RN Emergency, Medical Doctors (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and other clinical and non-clinical positions like Medical Assistants and Radiologic Technologists. Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and healthcare-specific platforms. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. Extend offers, ensure compliance, and manage onboarding for various healthcare positions. Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly for clinical roles such as RN, Nurse Practitioners (NP), Medical Assistants, and allied healthcare staff. Knowledge of healthcare certifications, roles (e.g., RN, PA, MD), and industry standards. Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS.
