Role & responsibilities :- Greeting and Assisting Guests: Welcome guests, clients, or customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide information about the facility, services, and local area as needed. Handling Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Process payments and provide receipts. Managing Phone Calls and Emails: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or redirecting to appropriate departments. Take and relay messages accurately. Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Coordinate reservations, appointments, and schedules as required. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager or department. Maintaining Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitor and restock office supplies as needed. Security and Safety: Monitor security cameras and ensure visitor access protocols are followed. Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless operations. Provide support to other departments as needed. Preferred candidate profile :- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and front desk management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanour. Previous experience in Hospital/Healthcare.
