Position Overview: We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for desktops, Laptop, printers, and other IT equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and peripherals. Educate users on best practices and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain detailed records and collaborate with the IT team. Qualifications: 2+ years of field or technical support experience. Graduation degree or 3-year diploma. Good communication skills.
