Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree Experience Required: 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome) Panacorp Software Solutions is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and drive sales through effective communication. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's services. - Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities. - Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and achieve goals. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in making calls and engaging with clients. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
