Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide technical leadership and direction, particularly in Node.js, to ensure best practices are followed in the development of scalable and efficient applications. Collaborate on the design and architecture of software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and maximize revenue opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth. Must haves: Strong experience of at least 6+ years with Node.js and related technologies (e.g., Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs). Should have experience of team management. Should have experience working in agile project management environment (like DORA, Engineering Matrix) Experience working in a financial product is required.
