Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Kerala based) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid) Experience: 7+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, marketplace listings, and proven experience working with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search algorithms, and industry best practices. Strategically plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Oversee end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Manage and optimize marketplace listings, ensuring compliance, visibility, and conversion. Utilize data analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform strategies. Leverage Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable insights. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve high performance. Work effectively with an international client base, customizing digital marketing strategies to suit specific market needs. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably from a digital marketing agency background. In-depth expertise and updated knowledge in SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Proven experience in email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and campaign analysis. Demonstrated experience optimizing and managing marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, campaign reporting, etc.). Prior experience leading and mentoring marketing teams effectively. Experience working directly with international clients, demonstrating cultural awareness and tailored market strategies. Agency-level experience preferred.
