Customer Experience & Sales Executive Location: HDFC Bank Corporate Office, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives 5 per sale on Kombucha 10 per sale on Butter category 20 per sale on Cheese category 20 per sale on Basil Pesto category About Grabenord Grabenord (Dronify Global INC.) is a leading brand in the plant-based food industry, offering premium vegan cheeses, butters, kombucha, and spreads. We are expanding our presence and seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Executive to represent our brand and engage with customers at HDFC Banks canteen space. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Educate customers about Grabenord products, their benefits, and answer queries. Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell plant-based products to drive revenue. Product Sampling & Brand Representation: Conduct tastings and create brand awareness. Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure product availability and maintain inventory records. Daily Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and insights. Build Customer Relationships: Create a positive experience to encourage repeat purchases. Who We Are Looking For: Experience in retail sales, customer service, or F&B sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers. Passion for plant-based and healthy foods is a plus. Ability to work independently and proactively boost sales.
