We are expanding our presence and seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Executive to represent our brand and engage with customers at HDFC Banks canteen space.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Educate customers about Grabenord products, their benefits, and answer queries.Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell plant-based products to drive revenue.Product Sampling & Brand Representation: Conduct tastings and create brand awareness.Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure product availability and maintain inventory records.Daily Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and insights.Build Customer Relationships: Create a positive experience to encourage repeat purchases. Who We Are Looking For:Experience in retail sales, customer service, or F&B sales is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.Passion for plant-based and healthy foods is a plus.Ability to work independently and proactively boost sales.Basic knowledge of handling POS systems and sales reporting.
