Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries in a US-based voice process, providing product/service information and resolving issues. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information accurately. Manage documentation and coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries. Serve customers by resolving product/service problems and providing detailed information about products and services. Attract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/services. Update and maintain customer records by accurately recording account information. Process financial adjustments for customer accounts to ensure accurate records. Prepare reports by analyzing customer information and feedback. Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as required. Maintain professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller. Update customer information in the service database during and after each call. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and any policy changes. Reach out to customers via phone to verify account details. Follow scripts while interacting with customers. Greet customers warmly, identify the reason for their call, and address their needs effectively. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in customer support, with a record of exceeding quotas. Strong phone contact handling skills with active listening abilities. Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and provide exceptional service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently. Always maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 0-3 years of relevant experience. Experience with MS Office; MIS knowledge is an added advantage. Willingness to adapt to night shifts.
