Job Title: CRM Executive cum Telesales Location: ECR, Besant Nagar, Aminjikarai, Chennai Work Week: 6 Days Role Overview: We are a fast-growing furniture company looking for a dynamic CRM Executive to handle customer support, generate leads, and close sales. Responsibilities: Be the main contact for customer support. Generate and close sales through calls and leads (active and cold). Maintain customer journey records and follow-ups. Assist with chat support and e-commerce as needed. Respond to enquiries from Facebook/Instagram and convert them into sales. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication in English and Tamil (Hindi a plus). Proactive and customer-focused. Any Bachelor's Degree.
