Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our Corporate Sales channel. This role involves building strong B2B relationships, expanding distribution networks, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships across Salons, Spas, hotels, retail chains, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for beauty and skincare products. Skill Sets & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network in the beauty/hospitality/retail industry is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel as needed Show more Show less
