Desirable Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proven track record in leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to manage diverse teams towards a common goal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach, particularly in client-facing roles. Experience in project management, including site surveys, site execution, and managing project timelines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exposure to Government Liaisons, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Institutional Sales in the Social/Environmental Sector. Role & responsibilities Client Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term, positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle. Project Conversion & Management: Understand client needs, translate them into actionable project plans, and guide clients through critical decision-making processes. Preferred - Exposure to Government Liaisons, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Institutional Sales in the social/environment sector is an added advantage. Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and efficient project execution. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges and offer innovative, effective solutions to meet client expectations and project objectives. Client Presentations & Negotiations: Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence, clearly communicating project goals, timelines, and value propositions. Client Retention: Focus on delivering exceptional outcomes that foster client satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.
