Job Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing, Product & UX teams to identify, plan, and create user communication lifecycles Develop clear & concise content for various communication channels/modes, including emails, SMS, app notifications,whatsapp, etc & set up using internal tools Actively manage and analyze content marketing metrics like open rate, click rate and make changes as needed Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas & conduct online experiments (A/B testing) Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations Skills/Requirements Should be a self-starter with high energy, willing to adapt in a fast-paced evolving work culture Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing and web analytics Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines Min. 3 years of experience in writing for a B2C audience Experience with HTML & MS Office tools Exposure in BFSI/Fintech in payments would be an advantage
