Qualification:CS (Company Secretary) qualification is mandatory, LLB (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: 2-4 years of relevant secretarial experience, particularly with listed companies. - Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, LODR, and corporate governance practices. - Skills: Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle regulatory and compliance-related matters with precision. - Technical: Proficient in MS Office, and working knowledge of secretarial software like MCA, NSE/BSE online platforms.
