Why design is important to Plum s marketing? Design has played an integral in the success of all our marketing efforts at Plum. Every campaign led by our marketing team - our reports, our playbooks, our campaigns, and even our games - has its own unique sub-brand. This not only helps us with recall but also lets us expand, experiment, and build our existing visual brand. Every piece of social media content that people have come to associate with and love about Plum - our album art, sending a Plum to space, Rupi Kaur poems, and our customer announcements - has a visual quality thats designed to delight. Our marketing isnt about being traditional, safe, or boring. And for our aspirations to translate into outcomes, we need someone who can complement our ideas with a compelling visual brand. Because pictures speak a thousand words. Note: This role will report to the marketing function at Plum. What youll do be doing : Build and maintain the brand & visual system for plum products. Craft visually engaging narratives to educate HRs and employees about health insurance and wellness. Collaborate with other designers and business stakeholders in solving user problems through visual storytelling. Deliver visual consistency across all channels like app, websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals and growth campaigns. Measure the performance and success of the artefact and iterate it based on the feedback. Mentor a team of communication designers and guide them along their careers and personal growth areas. Requirements : 0-3 years of experience crafting visual design experiences and digital products across mobile and web. A strong portfolio of illustrations and visual design work that conveys an ability to ship desirable products. Versatility of telling stories across different medium and touchpoints in the digital design Understand how sales, marketing, product, and business functions work together to ship releases. Should have a strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of the visual design principles. Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.
