Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive at Aedwolf MarTech , you will be the bridge between our agency and its clients—responsible for managing relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and contributing to the overall client experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and the founder to bring impactful creative campaigns & social media campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Relationship Building Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding. Nurture long-term relationships by understanding client goals and providing strategic support. Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams. Campaign Coordination & Execution Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of creative deliverables. Monitor campaign performance and provide timely updates and reports to clients. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Strategy & Upselling Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services. Support the creation of pitch decks and campaign strategies based on client needs and trends. Work with the founder to present fresh ideas and innovative solutions to clients. Reporting & Follow-ups Maintain organized records of all client communication, deliverables, and feedback. Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per agreed schedules. Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients. Requirements 6months-1 Year of experience in client servicing, account management, social media marketing, PR, or brand partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to create and present engaging reports and presentations. Working knowledge of social media & performance marketing trends and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva. A go-getter attitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
