Job Title: Chat support executive Job Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹32,000 CTC Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for both technical and non-technical processes. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Escalate customer queries via call and ensure timely resolution. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Provide the best possible resolutions to customer concerns. Maintain positive relationships with customers. Meet customer requirements and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and accurate solutions.
