🔹 Job Opening: Business Manager 📍 Location: ANIES GLASS HOUSE 🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM 💰 Salary: Salary will be based on experience, qualification, and individual capability (Lunch Provided) 📈 Increment: Performance-based increment after 6 months to 1 year About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the order lifecycle—from customer interaction to delivery—and manage critical backend activities such as billing, follow-ups, and accounts. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to walk-in or referred customers professionally. Record and confirm customer orders with accurate specifications. Coordinate with the production team to schedule work as per order priorities. Track and follow up on production status to ensure timely completion. Ensure committed delivery dates are met with strong time management. Maintain and verify purchase bills and assist with accounting entries. Generate sales bills/invoices for dispatched or delivered products. Regularly follow up with customers for payments and maintain payment discipline.
