Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The primary focus would be on B2C sales for bouquet of services including training, mentoring , acceleration and incubation for individuals. The person would be responsible for market research, identifying leads & opportunities by calling on accounts to identify key contacts, mapping the persona, qualifying the opportunity ; setting up appointments. Responsibilities Assist the Organization & sales and growth efforts by contributing to new Customer Acquisition. Lead initiatives to better understand market needs and competitive landscape, identify key customers and contacts, and assimilate VOC required to create product/service road maps Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 1-2+ years' of sales or account management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient Knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint) and Collaboration tools (viz. on Google Drive), Video conferencing tools such as Zoom etc. ● Ability to learn and acquire hands on skills on CRM tools like hubspot etc ● Willingness to learn. ● Willingness to travel for business trips at short notice as well ● Good Negotiation and relationship management skills. ● Outcome /Target-driven efforts Show more Show less
