The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the real estate market. Assist in lead generation and outreach through calls, emails, and social media channels. Support the sales team in client follow-ups and relationship management. Help organize and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client interactions. Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies. Learn about real estate market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with real estate industry is desirable but not mandatory.
