Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) Key Responsibilities: • Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities. • Meet potential clients/customers, present product/service offerings, and convert leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the team. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and events. • Maintain accurate records of visits, client details, and sales progress using CRM tools or company formats. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or a related field. • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Effective negotiation and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office.
