Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Chennai (Required Chennai based candidates only / TN Candidates who can relocate to Chennai) Mode Of Work: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 Year Gender: Female Budget: Upto 3 LPA Department: Information Technology / Business Analysis Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an entry-level analyst, you will support senior analysts and project managers in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating IT solutions to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements. Support the development and implementation of new IT systems and enhancements. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices. Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation. Participate in testing, validation, and user training activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and support staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and business process modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or any requirements management tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of databases and querying (e.g., SQL). Certification or coursework in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA or similar) is an advantage. Internships or academic projects involving business/IT collaboration are a bonus.
