Location - Pune Mode - WFO NP - Immediate Joiners Total 6+ years of experience, need someone with more formal experience as a BA/Product Manager working with ServiceNow HRSD. 2+ years expertise with ServiceNow HRSD as a product strategy leader Ability to successfully translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering/delivery team Innovative mindset to evaluate new or evolving capabilities on the HRSD platform and provide consulting back to business stakeholders as to how we can leverage these capabilities to solve high-priority challenges Ability to use data to justify why we would pursue an initiative, and why we would not Ability to partner with a team of product managers to collaborate on cross-product deliverables Daily participation and engagement in delivery team standups to ensure successful completion of sprint deliverables Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
