Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee insurance sales activities through agency channel and tied channels to meet business targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement. Lead a team of agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (insurance industry preferred). Strong understanding of agency channel management principles and practices. Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for better performance. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
