What You ll Be Doing You ll be the secret weapon behind Exly s creator incubation model, working closely with digital creators to scale their businesses and boost their revenue directly impacting Exly s growth. As their operations, marketing, and strategy partner, you ll provide hands-on support, solve complex problems, and leverage AI tools to drive results. From ad-led funnels to webinars, 1:1 coaching, or recorded courses, you ll guide creators to optimize their growth strategies.This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, embraces a 24x7 mindset, and loves turning vision into reality. Experience : Proven track record in strategy, operations, or consulting roles. Ex-entrepreneurs with experience scaling businesses are highly preferred. Your Responsibilities Incubate Creators : Support a portfolio of digital creators, guiding their operations, marketing, and strategy to scale their businesses. Drive Revenue : Your creators success is your success. Their revenue growth is your primary metric. Master Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, teams, and partners.
