We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. This role requires strong stakeholder management, offer negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to drive successful hires. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for candidates across various roles. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment expertise. Offer Negotiation: Lead salary discussions and close offers, ensuring alignment with business goals. Business Process Expertise: Advise on recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency. Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication and provide a smooth hiring process for candidates. Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-6 years in full-cycle recruitment (technical/non-technical). Skills: Strong stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and business process knowledge. Tools: Familiarity with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Personal Traits: High integrity, excellent communication, and decision-making abilities.
