Help patients manage stress, anxiety, and pain through yoga and breathing techniques. Assist patients in improving flexibility, balance, and mobility through gentle yoga stretches and movements. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate yoga into patient care plans. Effectively communicate the benefits and risks of yoga to patients and families. Teach patients yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and relaxation methods to promote self-care and well-being. Take necessary precautions to ensure patient safety during yoga sessions, including assessing patients' physical limitations and health conditions.
