Immediate Hiring for International Chat Process Interview Date: 11/06/2025 to 14/06/2025(Wednesday to Saturday) Interview Time: 10:30AM to 1:00PM Date of Joining: 13th - June - 2025 Interview/Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039 Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly. Requirements: 1. To provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication. 2. Good Written communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Chat Salary Structure: 12k to 13k(Take home Salary after deductions) Please carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies) Job Details: 1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday) 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4. Educational certificates are mandatory. 5. Must be flexible to work from office. Perks and Benefits: > 2-way free transportation(Home Pickup and Drop) > Self to work (STW) Rs.3300 (only for male employees) Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation Interview Process: 1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round) 2. Online Assessment 3. Final Interview Note: Candidates attended interview within 30 days are not eligible to apply. Hiring radius distance limit is 23km.
