Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch unsecured loan products Understand customer needs, educate them on loan offerings, and persuade them effectively Maintain a professional approach to build trust and rapport with customers Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality service and compliance standards Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Ability to work in a high-paced sales environment and handle objections efficiently Bachelors degree preferred (any stream) 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in financial services Join Us!
