Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain service stations, including preparation of condiments, utensils, and other essentials Ensure all areas, including dining rooms and service areas, are clean, organized, and ready for guests Assist in dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing service ware, glassware, and equipment Assist F&B service staff by delivering food, drinks, and clearing tables Support the kitchen team by ensuring proper stocking of items needed for service Monitor cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of service stations at the end of the shift Provide excellent support to F&B service staff, maintaining a positive guest experience Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately Qualifications: Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is preferred Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
