Job Title: Waiter / Steward Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Waiter/Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a courteous and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests courteously and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve orders promptly and ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and other restaurant features. Set up and clear tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations. Handle billing and process payments using POS systems. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per company standards. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed.
