Team SupervisionSupervise and support waiters, bussers, and runners during shifts. Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure service standards are met. Train new staff in service protocols and customer interaction. Operational CoordinationCoordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Monitor table turnover and manage seating to optimize service flow. Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of dining areas. Sales and UpsellingPromote daily specials, wine pairings, and high-margin menu items. Suggest additional courses or beverages to enhance guest bills. Inventory & ReportingCheck daily stock levels of condiments, linens, menus, etc. Assist in inventory control, requisitions, and reporting shortages. Compliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards. Maintain service standards aligned with brand guidelines or hotel SOPs. Event & Banquet Support (if applicable)Coordinate banquet functions or special events. Liaise with event planners or hosts to ensure guest satisfaction.
