Role & responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION OF CIVIL FINISHING SUPERVISIOR Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise Finishing Trades : Direct and coordinate the work of finishing trades personnel, including, masonry, plastering, carpenters, false ceiling, painters, installers, etc. 2. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure finishing work meets quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. 3 . Schedule Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor finishing work schedules to ensure timely completion. 4 . Material Management : Verify material deliveries, inspect for damage, and ensure proper storage and handling. 5. Safety Management : Ensure finishing trades personnel comply with safety regulations, policies, and procedures. 6. Communication: Liaise with project management, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. 7. Problem-Solving : Resolve conflicts, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. 8. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of finishing work, including progress reports, inspection reports, and material receipts. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Trade Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a finishing trade (e.g., Flooring carpentry, false ceiling, painting, etc).in a reputed Organization . 2. Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferable) or minimum 12th Standards Science. Perks and benefits Job Location Bandra, 6 days a Week
